On this issue I have changed the battery. Tried a few times power and volume up also by pushing on the home button. On some trys it sounds like when it takes pictures. On some tries it just flashes the logo. The new battery is now charged to 85%. I know the % cause I’m charging thru my computer. Has anyone gone thru this?

Wife has same one and same problem. Took to the shop to get fixed but the battery for it would have to be ordered in. Was a totally dead battery. $120. Or there about. Really not worth fixing because you can now buy better ones for close to price new.

I installed a new battery and it charged to 100%
