Are my iPhone 7’s screwed?

Block Image

Hello, 3 years ago, I bought my iPhone 7 Matte Black 256GB (first week) . Exactly 1 week later, I find out that my speakers don’t work as expected. My microphone also didn’t want to work. I put it in a shelf and buy another iPhone 7 256GB Jet Black in december (2016) . Fast forward to september 2018 and I saw Hugh Jeffery’s posted a video about the exact samr problem as my phone (loop disease) ! Took it to a repair shop. They only managed to screw the Matte Black one even more up. It’s missing screws and they just used superglue to keep the battery in place. So that one’s pretty screwed up. The Jet Black one, I broke the screen, went to a non-authorized Apple repair shop. They fixed the screen. When I walked out I dropped it(sorry stupid). The camera lens broke. My question is: will apple replace/fix my 2 iPhone 7’s?

Update: I just powered on the Matte Black iPhone 7, it says unable to activate Touch ID while it is still the same button and noone touched the home button for sure. Any help is appriciated. When I boot up the phone the home button still works for ~20 seconds

Update2: Both of the screws at the charging port of the iPhone’s are missing

Yes they do have loop disease and they probrally took your screws. Apple would replace them but you would probrally have to pay half the price
