Beats Solo 3 Bluetooth Audio Not Working

My beats will Bluetooth and all but audio only works if I turn my head a certain way or position my phone a certain way I’ve reset them and that hasn’t fixed anything

Example.If I turn my head the audio goes away or f I move my phone a inch back it ones away
