iPad Air 2 wont turn on

iPad Air 2 wont turn on or charge, there is absolutely no signs of life. i measured it via lightning caple to input voltage about 5.20 volts but not any current, it says 0.00amps even after charging overnight. Tried hard resetting multible times, no luck. iTunes doesn’t recognize it at all.

I really want to see if i can fix the problem without taking it apart, since i dont want to risk cracking the expensive display/digitizer combo.
