Why is my phone turning on and off after I replaced the battery?

I recently replaced my battery on my iphone SE and everything was normal until about 4-5 days after. I was using it and it just randomly shut off and then restarted itself. This has continued to happen making it quite frustrating to use. I see that there have been similar issues with people in this forum. Is the battery bad or is my phone not liking the new battery? False battery percentage readings have started occurring with this new on/off business.

I think it’s either a bad battery or missing components right above battery connector as shown here:

Have you checked with a program such as CoconutBattery / 3UTools to see if the battery information / health is being read properly?

I think it may be a bad battery. The health history shows fully charged and then takes a dump almost all the way to zero after charging. Thanks for the comment.
