My Xbox won’t turn on but has a good power supply

I have tried two different power supply’s on my Xbox one but it still won’t turn on before I plug in the power cord to my Xbox it’s orange but once I plug it in it turns white then fades off and won’t turn on pls if anyone can help me??????
