Why are my D-Pad and Analog sticks not working?

Anyone know anything why the dpad and Analog sticks wouldn’t be working? I have a model CUH-ZCT1U and it wouldn’t charge or anything so I took it apart cleaned it thoroughly. MAGIC!! It was charging but then I soon realized another problem. Everything was working except for the dpad and analog sticks.

1.) D-Pad makes clicking noises when I press on them and no reaction on the tv when I do press them

2.) pretty much the same with the analog sticks

Any ideas or tips? I would love to have it working. :) I hope someone can help. Have a great day
