Stealth 700 powering on problem

The Turtle Beach Ear Force Stealth 700 for Xbox One.

Needing help……

The headset will power on but not the way it should. I’ll try to explain the best way that happens…..

Press the power button on…. (The sound of power on speaks) after a bit it sounds like its powered off but the green light stays.

It won’t connect to the Xbox & the wireless button won’t work….

Sometimes it will connect via Bluetooth to your mobile.

Press the power button again & the green light goes out, then a red light comes on for a few sec & the green light comes back on & stays on.

I’ve connected the headset to the Audio Hub and it fails to load on the 2nd attempt but if i press something not sure it will connect but you can’t reset it as it goes back to connection problem as before.

Everything looks good inside & outside the headset. Would it be worth buying a new battery is this the sigh of a faulty battery as i can’t find much online.
