This issue is not about cleansing the rollers, there is a strange behavior where, after the first page, whith is printed correctly even if stopped during the output process (because of the paper jam), a second page is taken by mistake, detected in the printer and thus causing the "paper jam" error.

Thus, I'm wondering if the issue is from the electronic sensors or controler.

Any help is welcome!

I don't think there is any cleansing issue here. I think I have the same issue.

1 page only is printed, but the issue is that it takes a second page just after.

The 2nd page is detected once in the drum, xhich is not expected, and then a "paper jam" error stops the process.

The first page is still in the back rolls and can be pulled, fully and correctly printed, the 2nd page is in the drum section and needs to be removed from the front.

This looks like an automation issue. a sensor? any electronic device? investigation ongoing, any help is welcome.

Typically the pinch rollers need cleaning, dirt, ink, and possible paper dust will collect on the rollers and stick to your paper, try cleaning all the rollers first.

Dear,

Thanks for an update, I did try the suggestion you provided still i see paper jam. What else can be the issue? What about the roller in back (i.e. kind of Red color)

Thanks,

Please clean everything that the paper touches, this is only preventive maintenance to keep your machine clean and attempt to prevent future problems, you might have a bad bearing or bushing or the inner area of a roller is worn allowing it to no roll straight and true like when it was new, see if anything is loose feeling.
