WhatsApp Crashing on iPhone X

A few days ago I jailbroke my iOS 12. But yesterday I restore factory settings again and now I can't upgrade the iOS version to the latest version.so when I'm trying to upgrade it fails. So how can I update the iOS version to the latest iOS 13 version? Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Try putting the iPhone in restore mode first and then apply the update: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the recovery mode screen.

You may also try downloading 3Utools on a PC and try that App for restore instead of iTunes.
