I'm trying to replace broken jack 4 Pole, Colour of wires on broken headphone jack are (Red, Green, yellow and white with shield. Hopefully, Please HELP me to provide the correct connection locations with colour of wires. I have managed to figured left / right audio but mic is not working.
I appreciate your time and efforts.

You can use a multimeter to measure wire to tip of the jack. The very bottom is left,,second is right,third is ground,4th(most upper) is mic.
This tell you which wire goes where on the jack itself. On the circuit board in the headphones,usually it will have an m,l,r,g marking initial.

That’s very quick and great help, but all the cables are broken off from the jack plug and it’s glued badly around the jack assembly.
I’m finding difficult to identify what colour goes to which pin on the jack.

Test between the back pin(that was originally concealed) and the front pin(that actually goes into the headphone plug). You can find which corresponds to which on that specific jack using the multimeter.
Test the solder pins and see which ones correspond to the external pins. The top is mic(regardless of concealed pin orientation for soldering),3rd is ground,second is right,last is left.
When I say concealed I mean the part that originally had the plastic around the pins that the wires were soldered to.
