Why is my 2DS turning on, but not showing anything?

My 2DS is on but straight up black! I cant see anything and it makes random noises like I am hitting games! I need help immediatly! I got it wet, and it got smacked really hard by stupid people! HELP MEEEEEE

And if you already turned it on, then serious damage to components has probably already taken place.
