If you have no POST, no beep follow the instructions from the service manual available here,
Symptom or error
No beep, power-on indicator on, LCD blank, and no POST.
1. Make sure that every connector is connected tightly and correctly. 2. DIMM. 3. System board.

faizan ahmed give us more information. when you say your mother board is not working, what are the symptoms. Did anything happen to it? Have you tried anything to fix it?
