Motorola XT1254 touch screen not responding
my motorola xt1254 touch screen suddenly not responding when using it. I have reset it and still it won’t respond. It hasn’t fallen down. I was using it and suddenly the touch won’t respond again. Please any help on how to fix this issue?

Maybe have to crack open the unit and do a visual inspection of the digitizer connector(s)/flex cables. Reseat the flex cables. Could also be a failure of the digitizer itself in which case it would need to be replaced.
