Miele refrigerator intermittently warms

My cabinet depth Miele refrigerator (KF1813SF) warms to room temperature every few weeks. The alarm does not activate (not sure if there is one though). Freezer continues to work. Repairman replaced main board and problem continues. After power recycling it usually starts cooling again with hours.
