Hi @asmamaweyayu123 ,

Try connecting an external monitor to the laptop’s HDMI port and check if there is a display on it OK with the laptop turned on. Even a TV can be an external monitor as long as it has HDMI inputs and you have the appropriate HDMI cable to connect between the two devices. Remember to press Fn + F7 (both together) to toggle between using the laptop display only, the external display only or both on together and also to select the appropriate HDMI input on the TV

If there is no display on the external monitor either then you have a motherboard problem

If there is a display on the external monitor, try shining a torch at an angle close to the laptop screen to see if you can detect an image at all on the screen when the laptop is turned on. It will be very faint so try it in a darkened room to help see it if is there.

If there is no image detected on the laptop screen then you either have a LVDS cable problem or cable connection problem (at either end) or a display panel problem.

If there is an image detected on the laptop screen, then you have a display backlight problem. This could be caused by a faulty backlight power supply on the motherboard, a faulty LVDS cable or cable connection at either end (don’t know if your particular laptop has a separate backlight power cable from the motherboard to the display or whether it is incorporated in the LVDS cable) or a faulty display panel.
