My case is as the title. In addition, I’ve already reinstalled the OS Mojave and tried to reset SMC and NVRAM but it did not work.

Do you still have warranty coverage? I fear your logic board has a problem.
Full system lockups like you are facing here could be either a CPU failure or the RAM and/or flash storage in your case via the T2 is encountering issues.
As this is a fully closed off system (everything is soldered on) we can’t diagnose it beyond a good guess.
Time to visit an Apple Store - Sorry ;-{

On any Mac that I have issues with during the first year, I buy an additional 2 years of coverage with AppleCare.
I think so, already bring it to the near Apple Authorize. Thank you so much.
