The right side of my screen does not work,the letters L,P and BackSpace on my phone’s keyboard don’t work and it’s also hard to click “send” being on the bottom right. Its so frustrating to text people and takes me a while to look something up. I don’t know anything about phone tech and need help with knowing the cause and how to fix it.

It’s probably just a bad screen, usually original screens don’t go bad on their own unless the phone gets bumped or grounded..if screen was replaced before, a bad screen would be more likely. A replacement screen would probably solve the problem.
