Can I upgrade the Logic board or processor
I have a Powerbook G4 17" with 1 GHz Processor, can I Upgrade it by changing the Logic Board to the 1.67 GHz?

It appears that your model, the A1013, was the only machine made in that model line. Thus I would say that exchanging logic boards would require case modifications. In fact all of the 17" Aluminum G4s carry their own model numbers. It does not appear to me that any of these machines can exchange logic boards.
