Netwok issue,buttons and charging jack issues

network issue.Network isn’t coming.i have sony xperia m dual network isn’t coming and it is saying emergency call only and no sim card but i have inserted sim in both the slot and i want to you ask another question my xperia m dual c2004 in it every time the power buttons and charging jack gets spoil give a way to keep my power button,volume,camera buttons safe and keep my charging jack safe please help me as soon as possible.
