Help identifying this damaged Component
Trying to find out what the component is so i can hopefully replace it

That would be the backlight filter. We have no schematic of the Mini 4 so you could use a filter similar to the Air 2 or mini 2/3. Anything from 120 - 240 Ohms/ ~1.5A / 0402 package should do the job nicely.

Please post a higher resolution image and circle only the component you want identified, not a whole grouping of components.
