I got my s8 in swiming pool for 2 mins. But now screen won’t open. But led flashlights still blinking. And vibration still works. I teared down my phone but didn't see any water mark or sign of water.

Even if there is no water visible, there may still be some water in the device. Try removing the battery and letting your phone “air out” for a couple of days.
