No Service with triangle even without Sim Card, and can't be activated

Hey everyone,

my iPhone 5s showed suddenly no service on the morning, I tried to eject the sim card and reinstalling it with no luck, so I tried to reset networks and after the reset the phone showed no service even without Sim card installed, so I thought that it could be a software problem I reset it with iTunes (DFU mode), and it did reset with no errors but still the same problem and I am not able to activate it now.

I tried to clean the logic board first with air and alcohol but even after alcohol bath it still shows the same problem as before.

Please guys any ideas?? I have another iPhone 5s (different model) with broken logic board, is it possible to use the other phone cellular IC?
