@kandicedanyel we need more information to help you out. We would need to know who makes the display for your set. There are a Samsung and an LG version and both have had issues with the main sustain board and the buffer boards. However, in those case your TV should not come back on. It is most likely a failure of the power board.

@kandicedanyel shuts down like it has no power? Any error codes blinking power LED's etc? What have you checked? Does it come right back on or do you have to wait before you can restart it?
