Black screen and no stand by light.

I have a UN75J6300 TV that won't turn on and has no standby light. I replaced main board, power supply and Tcon boards. If I unplug the main board from the power supply board I get back lights, which tells me its not my power supply board. So what else can I do or try to get this TV back up on my wall in a functioning state?
