If your batteries are completely dead they likely are shot and you need new ones. How do you maintain your batteries in the off season? If they are not on a tender they will continue to drain down. Once the batteries hit below around 12.5 volts, sulfation on the plates inside the battery starts. This causes permanent damage to the battery and once that happens they will never come back.
