1 My toro grandstand kawasaki engine having trouble cranking over
My toro grandstand Kawasaki engine is having hard time cranking over. But the starter and battery is good. I took out the plugs and it turns over fine. What could be the issue?
The engine model is a Fx730v
I replaced the stater magnets and flywheel, it has been having trouble with the battery not charging and kept dying. I checked the coils twice to make sure they weren't touching and everything

have you tried to remove the air filter and place something over the top of the carburetor air inlet while somebody else tries to start the engine? Careful of backfiring. Could be an issue with the compression release.
