Dz09 is not being detected by my phone

So i bought a dz09 smartwatch and its not being detected by my phone. I have made sure that Bluetooth is on and that it is set to visible but it wont show up on my phone. I have tried on two phone both android and ios but it is not working.I do not have any sim in it either but that should not affect the Bluetooth features does anybody know a fix
