They look like lines in the oca or loca whatever is used on that screen to bond the screen to front lens leaking… it could also be some liquid that's got in from any type of chemical thats been used to apply the screen protectors ie alcohol etc

First couple of glass only changes I once did years ago ended up like that when I tried cleaning off the sides of the screen with isopropyl

Did you had any leak of liquid into the backlight. Those are backlight “papers” lines from what i see in the photo. If you clean the LCD with aclool be careful to not pour a lot in the screen.

I suspected the same thing and I am trying to be super careful when applying 8222 as well as any acetone use afterwards. I did away with the use of any MEK or alcohol. I fear if I use any less solution then it will be too difficult to remove the glue.

I had this problem too just don't pour too much alcool (or what you use to clean the lcd after removing the glass). Or use some kind of tape around the edges of the lcd isolate it. I personally use E8000 (silicone like glue). after you cleaned the lcd you can rip it off like a chewing gum.

It may be that your connections are not down right or that you have got dust or dirt in them. Try reseating your connectors and checking for any thing in them. alot of the time part of the gasket fall in them. If you check all those it could be a bad screen. Also make sure your battery is disconected first before removing any connectors or reconnecting them. Always try your screen before completly closing the phone back up to see if there is any problems.

It seems to be backlight related and happens after the autoclave process. I have turned down the temperature on the autoclave significantly and this seemed to get rid of the lines but it doesn’t fully get rid of the bubbles, need to find a happy medium!
