Screen ghost flickering and half clouded screen

My screen is half clouded white and the screen flickers with horizontal lines.. It did turn completely black with light illuminating behind.. I took it apart and adjusted and cleaned the ribbons and took the lcd screen off aswell. The led is fine.. I have changed the t-con board aswell and it fixed the black problem but still half clouded and lines still occuring.. Please help.. It is a hisense 50k390pad
