Why is my se restartint and having low battery life after screen repla

My Iphone se is having issues. It was working fine before the screen cracked I replaced it and it worked fine until that screen stopped working i replaced it again and it started restarting every minute non stop so i thought it was a screen so i get a complete screen from ebay and it works fine but it keeps restarting at the apple logo reallt fast then after a few restarts it'll finally boot up but either be at 1% and wont chargw up or 100% and if i take it off the charger at 100% itll just die and restart at the apple logo. Any ideas ? Bc of the after market screen or my battery? My battery by looks is mint and is not buldged or anything in the settings Battery Health it says to Service battery and This Iphone is unable to determine battery health.

Sounds like a small component right above the battery connector was knocked off when unplugging the battery. Very common to happen when a prying tool is not used carefully to unplug battery.

It will require someone with micro-soldering to replace that component which is responsible for reading the information from the battery.

When the phone can't read the battery properly it will cause random rebooting and unstable battery percentage.

Battery should be unplugged when doing screen replacements, not good to have live power running to the screen connectors when unplugging / plugging in the screen.

True, very dangerous game for iPhone's health working with battery there. Sounds like battery is now dead or even worse, charging circuit damaged.

Not touched In the way that any components would be damaged

It's hard to spot the damaged or missing component above the battery connector without a microscope but the symptoms are exactly the same as seen in this thread:

iPhone SE Stuck at 1%

In your case it could be actually just dislodged and just needs to be resoldered as you've said there's no missing component above that connector with the naked eye.
