What issues are you having with the T2 Chip?

As for the warranty goes, while you may be able to get away with sending the 32GB ram in with the machine but I would reinstall the 8Gb before sending it in. You can visit any apple store for the repair or just call the support number.

Hmm, what makes you suspect the t2 chip then?

iBridge2,5 & RELEASE_ARM64_T8010 cinch's the T2 is having problems. There's been quite a few reports on this issue.

Yep this is a T2 problem. You’ll need to put back the Apple memory then bring in the system. technically you shouldn't need to swap the RAM again. Some Apple employee’s give people a hard time when they’ve upgraded their Mini’s, unlike the 27” iMac’s you need to pop the case off.

Double check your RAM is the correct spec.
