Why does my ps4 keep on over heating?

I had my ps4 for a while.. i had the blue light of death…i got it fixed but i got the game back and it started over heating…whenever i play fifa 17 it works well even the fifa 14…i got the uncharted 4 it was trying to boot up but it beeped and it showed ps4 too hot and turned off…it always does that whenever i try it…my fan air is blowing out but loud…thermal paste been replaced also,even cleaned it but still over heats…please whats the problem???
