Refrigerator Won't Start Automatically

Symptom: Everything seems to work except:
- When the temp inside the refrigerator rises above set range, the refrigerator won’t start by itself. It will start when manually set the temp switch inside the refrigerator to “OFF” position first and then set to “Level 5”.
- Then the compressor starts and cool to the set temp and stops running by itself.
- Temp will start rise because compressor is not running.
- Go to 1.
Is it because temperature sensing device malfunction? At least it detects cold temp to stop the compressor.
