Start by making sure it does not need to be reset. Disconnect every external input from your TV. Unplug the power cord. Push and hold the power button for about 45-60 sec. Then just plug the TV in and one video input source. See if it does now turn on.

If it does not you need to check the power board first. Remove the back from your TV and use a multimeter to check the voltages on the connectors against the values printed on the board. Let us know what it shows. There are plenty of reason why this could be happening and the most common failures are the power board and the main board.
