I have a Westinghouse DWM48F 1Y1 model TV. The picture is blurry w/lines. I just replaced the T-con board, believing it to be the cause, but still have the same problem. So, would it possibly be the power board, or the main board? Photo’s attached.

Hello,
This issue indicate that something is wrong in television setting to using an incompatible cable box. In this most cases fix this error by troubleshooting and finding the source of the problem.
Unplug the power cord from your /TV and plug into a different outlet. Current outlet can be delivered interference , cause the display blur.
A high quality surge protector will often help eliminate electronic interference

No cable box. This appears at all times with either HDMI, or antennae. Surge protector , or wall outlet. Thanks
