Help opening the shell of the system!

I need help opening the back shell! I used aphillips 00 screwdriver but the screws are a bit stripped. Is there anyway I can still open the case regardless of the stripped screws (I’d obviously order new ones eventually)? I’ve tried using a rubber band and it doesn’t work. Should I try getting a Phillips 000 screwdriver? Here’s what the screws and the driver look like.
