Youll need to give a lot more information about your question. What is going on with your phone and what troubleshooting steps have you taken? Has it been dropped or water damaged?

My phone is drop in water.and it is dead.so i am try to local repire center in my city. His chacked and says his fon mother board demage.you are change mother new or used.
Water damage can be very hard to fully repair. The motherboard needs to be properly cleaned and any bad IC's or parts would need replacing which takes micro soldering skill. In the end, the repairs can be extensive and cost more than a good used phone. I would weigh my options and figure out what's best do to in your situation.
