Can the headphone jack on the macbook pro 2018 with touchbar be replaced if the jack becomes loose? I’ve already found the parts on ifixit but it is labeled for macbook pro 2016-2017.

That machine is covered under warranty. If you attempt repair yourself you will void that warranty. Just take it to Apple.
UPDATE
The audio port is integrated into the main logic board. Repairing it would require miro-soldering skills.

My headphone jack is still working fine right now. I’m just asking whether it is possible to be repaired without changing the whole logic board in case the jack breaks down in the future. I had been using a 2013 retina macbook and the headphone jack was the first thing to broke down. For that model the whole board had to be switch out.
