How can I identify the model?
It shows a S/N: HGCBJC3H (Funny nimber!) but no model!
Es esta una buena pregunta?

Hi @auntypodes ,
You have a Lenovo Tab3 7 Essential tablet (TB3-710F, TB3-710I) - Type ZAOR
The serial number gives this result regarding the model information, (found by using the serial number in this link to look for parts)

No I do not have a Lenovo anything!
@jayeff checked and if it was, there would be a blue part that has the lenovo logo
Hi @yukamoran @auntypodes
It's weird because when you enter the serial number on this webpage AND press Enter or click on the search icon (ignore the info underneath that first shows underneath the serial number you entered) it always comes up with the same device which I linked above.
If you alter the serial number around by changing a character in the number e.g. change to HGBBJC3H (3rd character changed) the result is a different Lenovo device. Changing a few other characters at random give no result as the answer so it seems that the Lenovo website does recognize the serial number if it matches one of their products.

@Leon West
You may have to open it up (look on YouTube for how to open Android tablets) and then see if there is a model number for the battery printed on the battery itself
