So i figured out that my new iPhone 7 back cam has some black points when making pics.
anyone has a clue whether this is dust or a damage on the cam?
—> Tried cleaning with isopropyl alcohol and microfiber still same

Hi
this is simply a sign that you need to replace the camera all together. Cleaning will not help with these spots.
Be careful though. Follow the teardown iff you haven’t repaired an iphone 7 before !!

You are right, had a look under the microscope and it looks bad
