32" Westinghouse smart tv mode#WD32FBL1001
The tv is less than 2 years old but out of warranty. The tv will not turn on and the standby light is flashing every few seconds. I have plugged unit into different outlets with same results. I have taken the back off to look at the main/power supply board (ST6308RTU-AP1) for bulging capacitors but they appear to look ok. Someone told me it could be a blown fuse but can’t find one but not quite sure to look for it. Hoping to find out if this unit is worth repairing or not

Hi Ken, you have some choices, if you want to DIY repair, i take that you have some electronics background... normally what i do......
some flow .... e.g.
1. observe the LED pattern... e.g. blink cycles, etc. this can be useful for troubleshooting.
2. open up and measure the output voltages to the mainboard.... (Attention - High Voltage at HOT side) if you are not confident... bring to a friend or tech to check.
3. get a replacement board.
