thinking of buying another camera, can you help me decide?

I have a samsung wb30f , but am thinking of getting another, more advanced camera, so can anyone give me any suggestions?

I would like it to be bigger than a point and shoot, but not as big as a DSLR.

I am really looking for something waterproof, and shockproof.

I am interested in something with good shooting options, like time laps, slow motion, etc

as an alternative I am also looking at the gopro hero 7 black, but am wondering if there is any other options,

good zoom is another thing I am interested in, but not a deciding factor.

anyway, if you have any suggestions, let me know.
