1 Samsung LN46B500P3F TV issues
I have a Samsung 46” 1080p TV model number: LN46B500P3F. We got home one night and the TV was on so we turned it off. In the middle of the night it turned back on by itself. On new years eve It was switching channels all by itself. I checked the side buttons to see if any of them was stuck down and none of them were. What I found out was that the Volume up buttons go right to the TV menu and the menu buttons go to the volume up button and the volume down button powers the tv off. What board do I have to replace to get this working again and what could be the problem?

Check if Anynet+ is turned on.
If it is try switching it off and check what happens.
Go to Tools > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC)
What external devices (if any) are connected to the TV, especially via the HDMI ports?
