I don’t know which model of charging port to buy.

I bought a Glacier White DualShock 4 the 26th December 2015 and now my charging port is broken. I don’t know which model of charging port to buy and the sticker on the back of my controller is ripped so I can’t check. Also, I don’t want to open up my controller just to check which model. Thank you.
