Water Damage iPhone doesn't turn on!

Hello,

is the first post, and i’d like to know your opinions on what to do on my girlfriend iphone (got soaked in a Wadi in OMAN 2 weeks ago).

I know it’s an useless an unreliable iPhone but she want to save pictures. As i googled and youtubbed a lot around i have still some question to do.

As you see i unmounted the iPhone:

I see that there’s little bit rusty on one hole in the front PCB. But I think it doesn’t affect the PCB.

in the Rear PCB it seems the C5202_RF is “fused”.

I have the isopropyl alcohol to threat this PCB, but i still didn’t clean before going ahead.

So:

1-From the images what do you suppose?

the only C5202_RF seems to got a consistent damage. I don’t see other problems.

2-to buy a ultrasonic cleaner? in order to clean better iPhones?

Other hints to understand and focus the problem?
