Can not hear all of "Dish" DVR recorded shows.

I have a Sennheiser RS120 hooked up to my new TV with a Optical Digital Audio Cable plunged into an Audio Extractor Video Adapter with RCA Jacks.

I can only hear or tune into two of my 30 recorded shows on my “DISH” network DVR. Also, I can not tune into any Netflix’s or Amazon Prim programs.

Can you Help? Thank You, William
