Kenmore Elite washer won't boot up

Hi,

My Kenmore Elite washer model 417.44130000, circa 2011 won’t boot up properly. I have tried to unplug it for more than an hour and then plug it in, but no help. When I plug in the machine, the screen just goes in to a “flash” loop, where it flashes for a second, and then goes ou.t. See the uploaded video/pics(if it lets me upload).

Machine has power, but it seems like the master board may be gone.

I’m handy enough to replace the master board if that is the problem, but I just need to diagnose the issue fisrt. Anyone out there have an idea of the cause of this issue?
