Why is my car not starting after I reinstalled a DSG Mechagronic Unit.

I have a 2010 VW CC, that got damaged from a fixture in the road, to which broke the auxiliary water pump, radiator support, the fan wiring, the lip of the transmission pan and gasket. All of the radiator fluid, and transmission fluid spilled out. The car still started, but it would not go into gear. The direct drive shifter would move into all the positions, but the car would not go into gear, it would not move. I purchased a new auxiliary water pump radiator support, and installed them. I fixed the transmission pan to not leak, replaced the gasket. I removed the mechatronic unit, tested all of the Solenoids, and they tested with the correct resistance. I put the car back togeather, but when I tryed to start the car, the shifter would not come out of the park position, the “P” on the shifter blinked, and the car world not start. All it did was make a clicking noise when i tried to start the engine. Would someone give me suggestion to what I should do to test the and repair the problem?
