My phone is overheating in the back and then it show my power is low. I think i have a problem on the IC (but i could be wrong). But there us no guide on how to change the IC.

there are to many different IC’s to just randomly replace those. I would suggest that you start with a new battery. That will give you a known-good starting point for further troubleshooting. You can always post some good images of your circuit board with your question (or determine exactly which IC gets hot).
